Management, Executive Leadership, Work Culture, poor safety practices. This company has made a mediocre attempt to advance to a status of excellence, and it has failed miserably. A good work/life balance is encouraged on the surface, but the real expectation is that you'll be chained to your desk, instrument, and devices 24/7 (even on vacation) and you'll turn a blind eye to a leadership team that is clearly making things up as they go. There is zero empowerment from leadership, and a firm amount of gaslighting is administered at all times. Very little room for advancement, and if there IS an opportunity, you can be sure that by the time it was presented to you, at least two other people who knew better have already turned it down. People are just a number on a spreadsheet, your career development is only a priority if it suits leadership's agenda, your safety is NOT a priority at all, and know beyond a shadow of doubt that you are disposable. Period. As far as Quality goes, on more than one occasion you will be asked to do something unethical and likely illegal. Your bonus will be miniscule (heavily dependent on a level of favoritism and not the quality of your work or time in service) and you will be pacified with food and the occasional $25 gift card to check the "We care!" box. Leadership continue to enable absolute mismanagement as long as the site meets the revenue mark. Take what you can from this company, and apply it to a company afterwards that deserves you.
