Pros

good environment of people, nice people on the office floor to work with, always help on hand, once shift is over you dont look back just just your offline time

Cons

micro management, expect you to do more than just your role, cross trained on most things so your never doing nothing, alot of moves within teams on a regular basis, management love taking on their family members and giving then lead roles in no time

Pros

Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

Cons

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
