      Pros

      It's prestigious in the niche. Cheryl is a consistently good designer. She hits low points like everyone but she always comes back. She is one of the few designers around who consistently delivers, year after year.

      Cons

      It's a family business. It's charming in some ways but in others... relationships take precedence over professionalism.
