The title really tells the story. The product is very hot but the company is very poorly managed and poorly run. They are way overstaffed in marketing especially when they outsource so much. Product development is wasting its time on connectors that are pretty useless (Sugar, MS CRM, etc). If you join this company as an Account Executive, you're making a big mistake. 70% of the AEs are not making their numbers. The only ones that are in the financial services vertical and those "guys" have been protected for years. Look on the salaries tab on glassdoor...I assure it's very accurate. Seattle and San Francisco are not cheap cities and making that in a market where other companies will pay you much better seems stupid to go here. I was sold on how much money I was going to make a DocuSign and now realize it was a lie.
Sales Management is immature and inexperienced. Everyone in Marketing is either a Director or a Manager and most of them have no direct reports.
