      Premium in all their services is a loophole in their offerings. Time and again it has proven to be the sole reason in losing considerable business in some of the major market segments like Public sector.

      30 Days to get paid. You pay for travel and food up front and have to wait30 days to get reimbursed.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
