Only and I mean only slight positive thing is the flexibility to work from home a couple days a week.
Cons
Pay is below the cost of living with no option of a raise unless the boss likes you. Communication, what communication!!! Never have been with a company that does not understand the need for communication with the employees. If you don't have a management role they do not care. If management in any way feels threatened by you, your work life will be beyond frustrating. Management absolutely does not like anyone who has a brain, thoughts, ideas of any kind that could possibly bring some betterment. The management of the entire company will give you false sense of "listening" and continue to brush off until the time you give up.
