Pros
As long as you are committed to giving 110% then you will be looked after. I've been here now for over 4.5 years and in that time we've endured a significant amount of ups and down, however, the company has always came out the other side stronger. There has been some difficult decisions made, ones which at the time were a bitter pill to swallow, however it was all for the greater good and looking back, given the amount of other local consultancy's that no longer exist, I think the right decisions were made. The company seems to be going from strength to strength and I am glad I am a part of it.
Cons
Due to the continuous growth of the company, targets are often increased, this comes with additional pressure. however, this is to be expected within a sales orientated business and comes part and parcel with the job you apply for.
