Pros
Dexcom is growing very fast and there are numerous opportunities for growth as management and individual contributor. The product saves lives every minute of every day.
Cons
The environment is fast paced and can change directions suddenly so can feel a bit chaotic. Best fit for someone who enjoys change and doesn't need as much stability as a more established slower paced company. United Health Group Plan is adequate but not great.
