Pros
There were some very good people working here. If you are into banking or finance then this is a good place for you.
Cons
There were a lot of layoffs when I was here. I survived several rounds of layoffs, but this caused me to look for employment elsewhere.

Cons
Poor decision making by upper management and board. Years of paying for legal fees due to corruption, bribary, market manipulation, etc by top brass could have went to the dedicated employees who work tirelessly to keep infrastructure up and running. Their decisions up top affects subordinates and their families but that does not seem to matter to the top brass.
