Pros
Great people working on exciting projects. But what I appreciate the most is the Corporate Social responsibility...and especially that the bank does not shout it out loud to gain brownie points. It just does it quietly. I never knew how much Deutsche Bank does for the communities. Paid volunteer days, donation matching, community projects, cultural and social sponsorships, and, and, and...just amazing.
Cons
So far I see no Deutsche Bank specific cons. Well, it is a financial institution in a troubled financial market. But the effects for my job are rather on the pros as it makes the daily job extremely challenging and exciting.
