Pros
Big name in investment bank industry. They think they are only second only to Goldman. The work environment is great. Located on Wall Street. Great cafe with lots of choices. Many smart people from all kinds of backgrounds.
Cons
Long hours, stressful environment, not so friendly people on trading floor. What they want is fast learner who get jobs done and also being humble and friendly at the same time.
