Pros

3-month employee here. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless onboarding process at Deltek. From equipment delivery (door-to-door) and software access before my start date to the engaging orientation programs, the recruitment team ensured a smooth transition. The virtual orientation in the first two days followed by the face-to-face Launch Engage training was insightful. The Launch Engage Training is what I enjoyed the most, because it's not only familiarized me with the company, all the business units, and my role but also allowed me to network with colleagues from different departments. Throughout my first month, the support from my peer mentor, team members, and especially my manager was exceptional. Their guidance and training were instrumental in helping me deliver my tasks effectively. Despite the work-from-home/hybrid setup, the management organized various employee engagement activities with exciting prizes to keep us motivated and connected. Deltek not only values employee engagement but also offers competitive salary and benefits including HMO, Medical Allowance, Optical Allowance, and Learning and Development opportunities. Additionally, they prioritize work-life balance with initiatives like Project Nation Friday, where employees work half-day every other Friday. Deltek truly stands out as a top employer, providing a fulfilling work environment and a rewarding experience. #EmployeeEngagement #WorkLifeBalance #GreatPlacetoWork

Pros

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Cons

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
