Pros
None. Much has been already written by ex-employees about dirty politics and the toxic working environment in Delphix. Most of these people who left reviews are smart and competent in their field. They left due to the following scenarios: There is a group of select people in Delphix who have perfected the art of incompetence, office politics, behind the scene backstabbing and do-nothing. When you start to question their competence, they work behind the scenes to undermine the competent employees and create a toxic culture. BTW, who are writing positive reviews are the ones who are proxies of these incompetent people.
Cons
The company is tuned for a few conniving people who have milked the company for their career progression either by jumping into newer roles from previous companies where their incompetence was exposed and now have built their fiefdoms here with promotions or newer titles. Main ones have over years undercut competent people internally and grown without any results. They masquerade as subject matter experts when they don't know anything about the product, technology, industry, operations. This goes for all the departments. The product is hollow now, with no innovation, repackaging the messaging again and again. The results are the same and most probably declining. There is no accountability for these people in senior management (not CEO) who are running the show themselves or by incompetent proxies. Yet they get the raises and promotions. Customers are abandoning for the right reasons and will leave more. There are more opportunities outside, so the candidate should consider those opportunities before considering this company. Not even worth interviewing. The company is trying to raise money. Would-be investors will not get anything and will just pay money for the financial benefit of these non-competent people who will leave as their objective is fulfilled to cash out after running the company to the ground. It is better to invest somewhere else. BTW, the ceo is not at fault here.
