Good company culture, good benefits, work life balance.

Building is not ADA compliant, no HSA contribution, expensive insurance provider, expensive 401k provider.

The dept. itself seemed like a group of excellent designers and also had the magic quality of competency and lack of ego which permeates this field.

Predatory and poor compensation. There is no clear logic to their salary offer and despite having a large presence in ABQ, they don’t seem to have any idea about the cost of living re real estate.
