- Apart from a nice office, good work/life balance and friendly colleagues, the main pro was leaving and never having to return.
Cons
- Senior management unfriendly, distant yet controlling, and seriously lacking in people skills. - Limited and confused direction. - Erratic spending and planning. - A lot of micro-managing from senior management, which created a tense atmosphere. - No clarity or openness - rumours were the only way to find out what was actually going on. - CEOs generally awkward around employees.
