Potential business, Worst management - Branch Manager Dar Optics Employee Review

1.Worst, uneducated, unprofessional management I've ever worked with.( Abu Dhabi Region) 2. Highly biased.Some staffs who sleeps at work get periodical increments and no questions asked, just because they are from a particular place. 3. Hard to get a vacation. 4. Hard to get the paper works done once you decide to move to another job. You have to beg, even to get an experience letter.
