I worked here for over 6 years within a small luxury watch division within the US. Small, agile team, transferred to fully remote after VP moved out of state. Nice to not have to go into an office daily or excessive amounts of meetings.
Cons
Leadership was really struggling. There were not any opportunities for growth or leadership. Excessive manual tasks that minimal automation could replicate in a heart beat. I left because of the above. I had many ideas I would have wanted to implement to support customers, retailers and overall process but the convoluted leadership was a bit too disconnected to take notice.
