Pros

- Lots of internal review processes so you never feel like you are making a mistake when you publish - They love to move people laterally and home grow people from call centers to corporate and beyond - access to Gemini AI. Articulate 360, RISE, and Storyline - Some good managers here and there

Cons

Awful CEO. Completely clueless. toxic employee culture and dress code is only enforced on males. C-suite and directors do not speak with the peasants aka normal individual contributors. People who have worked with the company quite some time cant see how weird and toxic the culture truly is and become part of it. Do you like candy or pizza? Lets have a pizza party again, but no raises! yay! Creativity is looked down upon. People with skills are stifled so that managers and others do not feel threatened. Its a VISA H1-B abuser, as you will find some employees barely speak english. Much of the trainng you will create is for CXO agents from poor countries like the phillipines and south africa and south america. You'll be told to write at a 5th grade level, because your target audience's english is poor. I worried more about offending my coworkers with PG language than i did about doing the job. Truly stuck in the cancel culture phase, and nobody seems to have the strength to tell people to stop being ridiculous. Interview process is insane and they make you take a litany of tests. It makes no sense how many tests you take to end up not getting paid a competitive wage.

Finding value in our internal review processes and the availability of advanced tools like Gemini AI and Articulate is great to hear, as we aim to provide our teams with the resources they need to succeed. We also take great pride in our history of promoting from within and providing lateral growth opportunities across the organization. However, it is concerning to hear your perspective on our leadership accessibility, compensation, and cultural dynamics. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where creativity is encouraged rather than stifled, and we value this level of candid feedback as we work to modernize our business practices.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro I can think of

Cons

They don’t provide any equipment aside from the computer itself. They mislead you during the interview and job description. You are paid according to price of product sold and close rate however it’s all inbound calls and you can not call back. The inbound calls are lousy, people who don’t even have a $1 on a card in order to do the eligibility check, or no card at all.. poor credit which leads to higher out of pocket costs. I think only a handful of times I couldn’t overcome the spousal objection or the just shopping objection. Those I will take responsibility for but if I’m getting calls from people who don’t have a card or don’t have a $ or don’t have the money to put down OR already have an account or is a mis-transfer or were passed along because the technicians have to make referrals even though the customer isn’t actually interested in the product yet the tech makes them still call.. that’s crap and it’s not real sales.
