Pros
Unlimited PTO, casual culture, regular conversations about diversity and mental health, many opportunities to give feedback to leadership MOST direct line managers are very compassionate and good at checking in with their team to manage expectations and workloads, even though sometimes it’s out of their control.
Cons
Delusional ambitions for growth when we are understaffed. We get stuck rushing projects that we clearly don’t have the resources to complete. Vague assignments are dumped on you with 0 context or warning and then you’re told it needs to be done in the next hour. I have to use my fake smiley voice for the 3 days we’re in office but best believe when I am working from home and not on a call I am ripping my hair out and screaming because the days here can be so frustrating
