Pros
The colleagues you're surrounded by are passionate, hardworking people. Plenty of great technology and opportunity to learn
Cons
CyberCX was started by Optus Execs, no care for the individual despite the wonderful marketing. They talk about promoting women in cyber for their branding, then they perform redundancies, which 50% were women, in an organisation of less than 20% women. People who received training have had the training costs deducted from their annual leave when they resign with no warning. The message from CyberCX, if you don't like it, get a lawyer. Everyone who has left CyberCX have mild PTSD from their exit, this is a cut-throat operation and the executives will happily stab you in the back given the opportunity. I'd never work here again. Oh and the pay sucks.
