Pros
I had the opportunity and absolute pleasure of interning at CureMint this summer. From day one, I felt welcomed, and I could definitely sense the company's inclusive environment and collaborative work culture (something that I enjoyed being a part of). Moreover, I was able to have a flexible work schedule as long as I delivered on the things that were expected out of me. One of my favorite parts of being an intern at this startup was seeing a direct and meaningful impact on the work I completed. Finally, my co-workers were always willing to go out of their way to help me, and I genuinely felt like they cared about what I had to say. If you want to work at a high-growth and energetic startup and do meaningful work, I highly recommend CureMint!
Cons
Honestly, as an intern, I don't have many negative things to say. If you want a stable job where you don't have to take on more responsibility than you're assigned, then this isn't for you. As mentioned earlier, I loved being a part of the startup culture that defined CureMint. Part of that involves taking on more responsibility than what your role might initially state (and if that isn't for you, that's okay).
