Pros
CureMint is an environment where everyone is a part of everyone's success. I enjoy the work, challenges and get to wear a lot of hats which have provided a broad skill set I came to a startup for. My manager takes a deep interest in my development as a team member and as a person. We work as a team and support is the foundation of our Success team. Everyone in the company is accessible and open to dialog around issues (product, process, disagreements etc.) from product to dev.
Cons
It's a startup which means sometimes things just don't work the way you expect. Priorities change which lead to the need to pivot which stretches you and tests patience. Startup pay, stress that comes with building something new (comes with the industry and has ups and downs).
