If you are feeling that there is "0 career growth" then why you have wasted your one valuable year in our company. 4. If +2 or diploma can do this job, then why you are working here. Regarding the shutdown of other branches, We have nothing much to say about that because you itself said that it is a rumor. And we are proudly announcing that we are about to start another new branch within Couple of Months. 8. I hope you don't have any prior professional experience in your life. It is not mandatory for a Managing Director to visit the office daily. He will be taking care of Business development. If you need MD to regularly visit office then you can resign your job and go for such companies where MD's attendance is also considered.
