Pros

People that I worked with are so nice. Everyone is supportive, friendly, and great to work with.

Cons

The workload is honestly INSANE. Management does not seem to care about the day to day pressure on the team and just keeps squeezing people while cutting resources. It’s impossible to keep up and so many people have ended up completely burnt out or having mental breakdowns because of the stress... They made loads of redundancies and fired people without properly replacing them so everyone who stayed just keeps taking on more and more work. Then - when mistakes happen (which is inevitable with this workload...) they blame you for not doing your job properly instead of looking at the bigger issue..??? They’re going to lose more clients because the way they are handling accounts and client budgets just isn’t right.

Pros

Kind coworkers, big-name clients, good health insurance

Cons

Disjointed communication across offices Feels like the same pool of people are promoted every year, plus they are given special opportunities, involved in pitches, and have privileges that other people do not. Policies are unclear and ever changing. Below market pay and constant promises of bonuses and raises that don't seem to ever come to fruition. DEI efforts only come up when convenient and no real effort seems to be made.
