I have been given the opportunity to work with many extremely talented individuals. These individuals paired with the knowledge and vision of the CEO has allowed CSG to be on the cutting edge of industry standards and remain profitable during the hardest of economic times. Mutual respect and a close nit group of people results in a welcoming environment that has manifested a very joyful and positive culture.

This company is not for the weak at heart. There is no slow time. There is no down time. This is an environment that has proven too much for many but if you thrive in a fast paced environment where ownership is encouraged then you'll do just fine.
