Pros

Unfortunately, I struggle to identify meaningful positives. The products and the fan base have strong potential, which makes the internal issues even more disappointing.

Cons

The company culture is deeply problematic. Favoritism and internal politics heavily influence decision-making. Performance evaluations and ratings appear to be adjusted at the discretion of Directors and Heads of departments, often in ways that benefit specific individuals or their close circles. There is a noticeable imbalance in how employees are treated across locations. This creates division rather than collaboration. Many team leads do not effectively fulfill their responsibilities. When issues arise, accountability is often avoided and blame is redirected toward others instead of being addressed constructively. Unfortunately, senior HR leadership does not appear to act as a neutral or stabilizing force. Instead of ensuring fairness and transparency, HR processes often seem influenced by the same internal politics and informal alliances present elsewhere in the organization. This further erodes trust and reinforces a culture where personal relationships outweigh merit. The overall environment feels toxic, with poor leadership practices cascading down to employees. Instead of fostering growth, transparency, and fairness, the culture reinforces hierarchy and personal alliances.

Pros

Great people, well organised, good onboarding.

Cons

They use some antiquated communication software (e.g. not using Slack or equivalent, instead relying on MS Teams for chat).
