Pros
Great commission structure - Quite generous considering the amount of work you put in. I got paid nearly $600 for an order that only took me about eight hours to work and close. Very autonomous - While there was always a drive to keep your numbers up, there was absolutely zero micromanagement. I miss those days. Always someone to help out - Any time I had a question regarding ordering, designs, apparel pricing, discounts, expedited shipping, etc... There was always someone there to get back to me ASAP.
Cons
Minimal training - I would have loved some testimonials from other reps on what worked for them when I started. Nearly 100% lead generation - Not necessarily a bad thing. It really taught me how to go out and grind until I found some prospects. Still would have been nice starting out.
