Pros

I never knew how important culture was to my experience at a job until I felt what it was like to be in a good one here at Nvoicepay. In fact, it's great. People talk fondly of the days when we were in the office, but the experience remote has still been memorable. What it comes down to is how much they care about the employees here: from pay, to PTO, to individualized flexibility, to the recognition and regular congratulatory remarks, this is the place I want to be to grow myself and my career.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind is the amount of tribal knowledge on some teams but I think this has been getting better over time and will continue to do so.

People oriented company, work life balance was really good, global company so there was diversity.
