I worked at Constellation Brands full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits Nice office WFH policy In office bar/happy hour Fitness center (Chicago office)

    Cons

Developmental opportunities Constant reorganization Growth Opportunities Bureaucratic policies Very difficult to negotiate $$$ Lack of direction Throwing 50 darts and hoping 1 lands like a Corona brand

    Advice to Management

Stop spending so much, stop cycling talent in and out of top positions, improve employee morale, invest in your talent, and present a clear roadmap for employees to know where the company will be 5 years from now, let alone 1 year. Require mandatory 1 on 1 meetings with managers weekly/bi-weekly (no opportunities for feedback otherwise). Very cliquey environment and very dog eat dog atmosphere that needs to be changed.

I worked at Constellation Brands full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Company has many great people, products, and perks!

    Cons

Company lacks great (even good) leadership in several key areas. If leadership gaps are corrected, Constellation should thrive for years to come!

    Advice to Management

Leadership is too critical to ignore. Find leaders who care more about the business, and its people, than themselves.
