Pros

Conquest Graphics isn’t the type of place that will make you count down your time until Friday. On top of the normal things you’d expect, like medical/dental insurance and paid vacation, this company offers a lot of hard-to-find perks. Conquest Graphics has been owned by the same family for over 90 years, and by working here, you quickly become a natural part of the team. Conquest does a great job at blending the old school perks of traditional printing and customer service with new technology. This results in a fast-paced, but exciting, work environment. Additionally, the managers work hard to help place employees in positions they enjoy and can thrive in. Each employee has a voice and all feedback is welcomed and heard. Working at a printing company like Conquest Graphics is rewarding, because you are able to put your current skills to use while also learning and honing new ones. Furthermore, you get to see artwork come to life through the printing process, and you can tangibly see the results.

Cons

This isn’t a con about the actual company, but the food choices nearby are somewhat limited!

Pros

I've been a part of the Conquest team for about five years now, and I continue to wake up loving my job and feeling valued. Everyone is so friendly, a joy to work with, and takes time to answer any questions you may have. The management team, in particular, is not only incredibly supportive and there whenever you need it, but they also care about your goals, not just the company's. In addition, I love that there is always something new and that just about every day, I learn something and continue to grow my skill set, which for me is a huge pro. Another thing about Conquest is that they are very transparent. For example, they take the time to inform us whenever there are changes or new things within the company, ensuring everyone, no matter the department, is on the same page. Overall, I love being a part of the Conquest family and look forward to what the future holds within the company.

Cons

I can honestly say I don't have anything negative to say.

Pros

The only pro for me was working under CS manager Kim Wyatt.

Cons

Poor health benefits options Extreme micromanaging Lack of interdepartmental communication Policies and procedures that make it very difficult to work successfully and with any autonomy Witnessed many valuable employees laid off without concrete reasoning and without severance Heavy workload with very low hourly wages Overall this job is good for younger people without a family but does has a reputation for being a ‘stepping stone job’
