Pros

Some good folks in the mix

Cons

Where to start they really had great aspirations two years ago but as of like 6 months it’s so bad. The goal post moves and if they are unsuccessful they won’t look at themselves they will blame whoever else they can and boot them to keep their pockets full. Commissions are a joke they can’t ever get it together.. You may get an hourly but it is basically minimum wage. Team time is basically a toot my own horn type gathering these folks loves to hear themselves talk. Where did they get all these new management? They are all horrible. The only way to advance is to kiss the ring it seems. You can see clearly ISR’s who are actually good not getting nearly any recognition as opposed to those to merely are suck ups get promoted ? They may have been there longer but they are not good at their job. This company claims to be different but is just like any other grimey sales agency they won’t admit but they will want goals that those who do shady business do to attain them.

Pros

Collaborative culture, approachable leaders, and a clear sense of purpose. Everyone’s focused on making a difference and supporting one another along the way.

Cons

Processes are still evolving as the company grows, but leadership listens and adapts quickly.

Pros

None that I can really think of.

Cons

-They change company policies at the drop of a hat i.e. unlimited pto is gone, commissions changes, and there is no employee manual its been being edited over a year and a half so they can make the rules up as they go. -revolving door with people being fired every other month while they brag about also hiring. - They only care about sells by any means necessary. -They don't seem to do their own marketing outside of a youtube channel which means agents have to rely on horrible leads that lead to professional licensed agents being called scammers and liars. - if they can't help you they will ignore you outright ignore any question you ask in slack. -all the people in leadership are friends seems very much if one of them doesn't like you count your days environment
