Pros

Work from home and the team are a nice thing to have, we rely on each other a lot.

Cons

Company was split from Xerox but it continues to be the same bad company. Salary freezes, no training, no opportunities to growth, forget about pursuing a career over here. Wages are a joke, I can barely survive with what I'm making. I see inefficient processes everywhere, no wonder why we have so many complaints from our client. I wouldn't be surprise if the client decides not to renew their contract. Try to do your job and you will find a lot of trouble, nobody is actually willing to help out and solve issues. You are on your own, but at least it has helped me to become an issue resolution expert. Getting access to systems, getting software installed, getting some guidance on new procedures it's always a nightmare, I have had to learn everything on my own and to solve everything on my own the best way I can with whatever resources I'm able to get. I have found myself pushing others all the time to get things done, which is stressful and time consuming. I don't know about the rest of the areas in the company but BPO is not good. I would never recommend this company to someone; I can't wait to find another job. My advise: please stay away from this company if you can, trust me on this.

Pros

Good managers, great, helpful coworkers, I made several good friends at the office.

Cons

The contracts with their corporate customers inevitably end or are not renewed so there’s uncertainty if there will be another team to join.

Pros

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Cons

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
