Pros

I enjoyed how much of a team atmosphere that CCMG pushes for its employees. There is never a day where you go into the office and you feel that you are by yourself. Also the amount of transferable skills that I learned while working as an intern here were very beneficial such as interpersonal communication and goal setting.

Cons

I wouldn’t say that this would necessarily be a downside for all, but the routine of the actual work can be repetitive so it is easy to lose focus on the job at hand when you are into the flow of things. That’s why the goal setting portion is so important, you give yourself something different to work towards everyday.

Pros

There are no pros to this organization. Not even the interview was professional.

Cons

They are posting that there is a salary plus commission, but they lied. The fact is whatever position they have posted, you will earn $400/wk or commission (whichever is higher). The management positions are not being filled automatically. You have to "earn your way." This means you make $400/wk or commission. If you stick around after making them money, you MIGHT advance and be in a position to take advantage of others. This is not good business practice. They are misleading and they are potentially looking at a bumpy ride soon. Costco and Sams will be alerted to their misleading posts and outright lies.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! As stated in all of our job postings, we are heavily focused on internal promotion based on performance which gives our team equal opportunity for advancement. This is reiterated several times in all three phases of our interview process, clarifying the specific guidelines and qualifications for each advancement with our company. Also to clarify, "earning your way" does not dictate the starting salary of a candidate. This is negotiated individually based on experience and credentials with the addition of weekly bonuses, benefits and other incentives. I think you may have us confused with another company, specifically because everyone on our team that has been promoted to management is still currently with us, with each of them earning well over $400/wk. Also, if you were in fact a current employee you would know that we do not work with Costco in our market. Sorry about your experience, we wish you the best of luck in finding the right company! - HR
