      Pros

      If I had to pick a pro it would be the people I've met there. The employees are friendly and warm.

      Cons

      In my opinion, their business model is too focused on the bottom line and not enough on the customer service. They will hack apart labor in a given unit to meet the budget at the cost of upsetting the client and the customer.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
