Pros
During training, the majority of the experience was positive. Trainers were kind and patient. My training class were all from Dean's Staffing, and we were included in fun events, etc. Training material was pretty well explained
Cons
Things we were told during interview and orientation was back peddled in terms of in-office training, then working remotely. It was discussed during interview, orientation, and during training. At the end of training, we were told "no one ever said we would be working remote" but about 2-3 of the contractors did end up going remote and the rest of us were stuck in-office. It created stress about commuting - I lived far away, and for the other girls, they had young children w/schedules to think about. The task selection process we were told went a whole other way. They won't think twice about doing a complete 180 on things they tell. Putting it nicely, they will blatantly lie about things and won't think twice
