Great benefits such as a health care compensation scheme and coupons for high street shops.
Cons
Unfortunately the role affected my mental health quite severally being verbally abused by customers over the phone, management extended my probation twice which meant that I was unable to receive my full wages (capped at 95%). I was never really given the proper chance to progress and succeed and have been expected to just get on with it with little to no training at all.
