      Decent salary for the area and for human services. Work from home. Job itself is quite simple, although overwhelming due to work load.

      Cons

      Job duties greatly increased within the past few years. Loss of autonomy due to switch from salaries rate to hourly rate. Increasing case loads. Not a lot of room for advancement.

      Great company to work for. Lots of nice coworkers. The work is rewarding.

      Cons

      Every job at this company just has more tasks piled on them almost daily. Be prepared to never be finished with your work. HR was very helpful when it came to some specialized needs however my supervisor held these needs against me.
