Many good people that support our programs and work to make job easier and more productive

Not enough increases in salary. way to much time between increases. Money put sometimes int he wrong places

I love the mission; the company is really for the families it serves.

The company isn't so much for the people. The pay is horrible, they don't even give you what they've identified that their customers need just to live. So, imagine as an employee who works year-round, struggling to put food on the table and on my multiple children backs. Because of the hours it's hard to have the time to apply for things such as food stamps.
