Commonwealth offers a stable employment environment with little surprise The benefits are slightly better than other firms that I have worked for in the past The pay is average for the industry
Cons
The lack of career pathing and upward mobility has created a very centrally controled toxic culture. Upper management has a mentality straight out of 1960 and it creates a very suffocating environment.
