Some people are good, that is the only thing I can think about.
Cons
Work-life balance is bad here. They don't set reasonable expectation for you - Working overtime is also encouraged. Tons of meetings everyday, don't think it is efficient. It might be just a team thing, but - Micro-management Don't care about your personal growth.
