Pros

Fully remote work environment with almost no possibility of return to office (don't have physical offices).

Cons

The leadership team at this company do not know how to lead. They hypocritically preach about values like openness, transparency, and collaboration, while consistently doing the opposite to boost their own egos. Instead of offering constructive feedback, they lay off folks abruptly without any prior warning. Decision-making is confined to their echo chamber, shutting out any dissenting voices. Those who express concerns about the company's direction are met with disdain and hostility. Furthermore, the quality of leaders vary greatly across teams. Some leaders blatantly disregard the well-being of the employees, never acknowledging issues like burnout and low morale, and never offering support or solutions for improvement.

Pros

There are maybe three people who actually care about you and want to see you do well.

Cons

Any positive reviews about this company are fake. Like another reviewer said, it's all smoke and mirrors. Most of the time, they're selling you a solution that does not exist yet, and then the CEO asks you to build it in less than a month. Seriously, if you're an employee, customer, or prospect–stay far away from this company. It is a sinking ship. Everyone who works here is extremely stressed out. The CEO does not trust his employees to do their jobs. He acts like a Sales Leader, a Marketer, an Engineer, and everything in between, so I'm not sure when he has time for CEO-duties. There is also ZERO diversity. Everyone here is white and hired on referrals. It's ironic, they refuse to post external job listings or give equal opportunities to others. What I've learned since leaving this company? There is a better world out there. Life can be beautiful. Other companies, even start-ups, do not operate like this. This culture is toxic. Everyone who works here is truly under a spell. There is a better world out there, and I hope they get to see it one day.
