Appreciate your concerns. Ironically, some of the strongest capabilities at CTP are the strength, depth and breadth of the Delivery leadership team. In fact, we have strong leadership talent across all functions. We deliberately have hired experienced people first to gain access and credibility quickly and to proactively build for the future. We have an outstanding resume of talent, including some of the most recognized people in Cloud and Innovation technologies. Top heavy doesn’t really apply as we have a reasonably flat organization with many experienced people doing the work of many people. Additionally, our client list is predominantly Fortune 500, 1000 and 2000 companies who have some of the most challenging and sensitive technology needs, and who have trusted us with the very core of their businesses. We have been doubling revenue and our employee headcount year over year, achieved 100% client satisfaction, and have 90th+ percentile employee engagement. This employee’s experience at CTP was not representative of the remaining 99% of our people. We continue to welcome feedback from employees and clients as continuous improvement is part of our DNA. We are very excited about our future and the validation we continue to receive from peer companies, competitors, partners, employees, and investors.
