Definitely work here if you like being lied to your face. Want to be told on a Friday you’re being demoted and your replacement is starting on Monday? You got it. What about being “laid off” but hearing that other employees were told you were an under-performer so they cut you loose? Got that too. How about being poorly managed by people with no experience and being blamed for the lack of direction they give? You can get it here in spades. I’m sure there are some great start ups out there with managers who know what they’re doing, but this isn’t one of them. Avoid this place at all costs. The technology is semi interesting but hardly worth the poor management and sense of entitlement given off by the founders.
