There was nothing good or professional about this company. Worst IA firm I have every encountered.

I read the bad reviews on several social media sites for independent adjusters but decided to give them a chance because I needed a work from home position. The carrier I was working for under them had daily IT issues and when I did contact customers, they were irrate because of the long wait for someone to contact them. Training and resources were non-existent. I was supposed to get $325 per claim that I closed. That was a joke because every claim assigned was in shambles, so you are working many hours on a claim that they will try not to pay you for. I quit after working about 14 claims, some almost to conclusion because every time I asked about clarification on pay, it would take days to get a response. I was supposed to get paid in November, then I was told December 31 and now today I get results and it's $25 less than what I was told. Horrible communication, horrible company to work for. Definitely research the social media groups. They are notorious for NOT paying people.
