I worked at City Year full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Its not work, its service. And you have to keep that in mind when you apply. Yes the hours are grueling and the pay is close to nothing. But I really did love my time with City Year. The work was powerful to me and I feel like I gained so many transferrable skills.

    Cons

Low Pay, Limited time off, Absurd Hours
