Everyone is so supportive & helpful. Amazing communication between departments. What other company sets up a 1:1 meeting with the CEO for you within weeks of starting just so he can get to know you?

Nothing! I feel like I’ve found insurance utopia.

As a Field Rep. I am in charge of everything I do in my area. I love that autonomy and the ability to make decisions quickly and in the best interest of my Agents as well as my company. Cincinnati trusts me - that is huge. Cincinnati backs me up when things get weird. My underwriters support my decisions and I support theirs. It has a big family feel to it.

Funding for sponsorship in the field is a bit limited. That can be good and that can be bad. It can be good because it keeps expenses and overhead to a minimum and that helps the stock price and performance of the company. It can be bad in that it becomes a bit more difficult to get the companies name out there in my local market.
