Poor career growth and constantly increasing workload - Software Engineer Chipotle Employee Review

There’s little to no opportunity for internal promotion. In my experience, and from observing multiple teams, employees are rarely promoted, regardless of tenure or performance. The company also frequently adds new processes, meetings, and reporting tasks, which have significantly increased workload without corresponding raises or title adjustments. Over time, it feels like expectations keep climbing while recognition stays stagnant.
