Pros

The key pros is CUP being a remote environment and a fast growing company.

Cons

Frequent changing in commission structure and role responsibilities. Leadership cares more about performance than culture.

Pros

The people are all talented and motivated. It's not a startup but there are so many opportunities to work on new ideas and really feel ownership in your role. The company is growing and pursuing a number or new and exciting verticals, which make each day interesting to come to work.

Cons

Not so much a con for the company as much as life working remote. The company really respects the work/life balance for many of the team who do work remote. However, sometimes I miss the in-person or in-office relationships and conversations.

Pros

Pay was great and I loved the remote work aspect. Every now and then we had a fun activity that we did.

Cons

Part of the management team micromanaged almost every part of the reps life and had unrealistic goals for reps to meet. These metrics were numbers the management team couldn't even reach themselves when they tried but expected everyone to do it. This and a few other things lead to a depressing and toxic environment. Lastly, upper management took credit of some big wins that us "lower" reps accomplished and used it to make themselves look good to the CEO.
