Pros

Youll learn the work and how to manage people politically. But you will suffer a lot. There are better places to learn the work.

Cons

Everything else. Do not believe any positive review on glassdoor. Its been seeded. They dont pay you industry level and in-spite of promising to increase your salary to industry standard, they find excuses to not do it all the time. When it comes to work-life balance, ive often spent multiple sleepless nights working back to back, due to lack of planning and organization of the ceo, cmo and the other upper management. For 8 months I couldnt make any plans with family. All without enough pay. They will exploit you from all sides in every way possible until you break mentally and emotionally. And after that they will keep giving you false hopes. If you care about your health, mental wellbeing, family, and money, DO NOT ENTER THIS SLAVEHOUSE.

Pros

1. You get to learn things by figuring them out yourself, often with little/no guidance. 2. Exposure to different tools and technologies. 3. Opportunity to wear multiple hats (mostly out of necessity, not design).

Cons

No proper structure or processes in place; chaos is often the norm. HR is highly unresponsive and unprofessional, follow-ups are often delayed or ignored. Feedback is not welcomed; employees who raise concerns risk being laid off. Hardworking and ethical employees are not valued; recognition is rare. As per CEO hardworking is working like a beast for full 24 hours and replying to emails at 2 AM is hardwork. Toxic culture that favours office politics and backstabbing over merit and contribution. Leadership expects professionalism from employees but fails to provide a professional environment. Reflects a typical outdated mindset, hierarchy and favoritism matter more than skill or effort.
