- VP of Client Management takes care of his employees, great trainer, moderator, and advocate for clients and employees in a balanced way
- Flexible schedule (flex hours and work-from-home allowed a few days a month)
- Friendly coworkers
- Good 401k match (100% vested from point of hire, if I recall correctly)
Cons
- Lack of room for growth
- Little to no bonuses/raises (even cost of living; only 1 raise over a 4 year period)
- Poor healthcare plan (I went outside the company plan with an external group provider)
